I. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTIES
The Out of Place campaign is a joint initiative of:
Against Human Trafficking, AGAPE, AC
Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City
ANTHUS National Association Against Human Trafficking in Society, AC
Heroic Puebla de Zaragoza, Puebla
Both organizations act as controllers of the personal data collected through the website www.fueradelugar.mx and other campaign channels.

II. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
Identification and contact information:

Full name
Email
Phone number
City or state of residence

Browsing data (collected automatically):

IP address, device type and browser, pages visited and cookies

Information related to donations:
Payment data is processed directly by PayPal Holdings, Inc. under its own privacy policy. The Data Controllers do not store card or bank account information.
We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in article 3, section VI of the LFPDPPP.

III. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Primary purposes:

Manage donations and send thank you notes or receipts.
Register and follow up with people interested in participating as volunteers.
Respond to requests for contact, information, or collaboration.
Send communications related to campaign activities.

Secondary purposes:

Send updates, informational materials, and news about the campaign.
Prepare statistics on reach and impact.
Invite to events organized within the framework of Fuera de Lugar.

If you do not want your data to be used for secondary purposes, write to us at hola@fueradelugar.mx with the subject "Opposition to secondary purposes".

IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases protected by article 37 of the LFPDPPP:

Campaign partner organizations, for coordination of activities.
Competent authorities, by legal obligation.
Technology providers (Wix, communication platforms), for site operation.

V. ARCO RIGHTS
You can access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your data, as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to:

Your request must include your full name, registered email address, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your official identification. We will respond within 20 business days.
